Evidence log
Photographs from an affected owner's vehicle, plus what the service file and engineering notes show. Nothing here is an accusation — it is what was observed, recorded, and left unanswered.
Exhibit A
Three frames from one drive. Read them like a scan-tool capture: the percentage gauge on the right falls 50 → 25 → disabled while the vehicle is in motion (gear D), ending in the amber message and a handoff to hybrid.
Exhibit B
What is on file, and how each item stands. The status column uses the same signal colors as the readout: red for fault/derate, amber for warning, green for "no codes / nominal."
Exhibit C
A printable summary of the issue — what owners report, what it appears to be, what the dealer and manufacturer say, and how to report it. Click either page to open it full size.

Evidence on a website informs people. Evidence in an NHTSA complaint can compel an investigation. If you have your own frames, file them with a plain description of what the vehicle did.
